Additional tickets

AGSKZ meeting ONLY Ticket: Only for AGSKZ members (proof of membership is mandatory), only allows access to this meeting, but not to the congress - free of charge
SSMO Workshop ONLY Ticket: Can only be booked by participants entitled and invited to attend the workshop, only allows access to this workshop, but not to the congress - free of charge
SAKK Semi Annual Meeting: Only allows access to SAKK sessions, but not to other sessions of the congress - free of charge
SPOG Closed Sessions:Only allows access to SPOG sessions, but not to other sessions of the congress - free of charge

Cancellation policy

All cancellations have to be sent via email to registration.sohc@congrex.com

  • Cancellations received up to and including 20 October 2021: Refund minus 25% handling fee
  • No refund on cancellations after 20 October 2021
  • For any name change, a fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged

Method of payment

The payment can be completed by bank transfer, or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.After having completed your registration, you will automatically receive an invoice/receipt via email. As soon as we have received your payment, a confirmation will be automatically sent to you via email.In order to benefit from the early bird rates, we need to receive your payment before the deadline on 30 September 2021.

Letter of invitation

The Congress Secretariat will be happy to send a letter of invitation to any participant who wishes to do so, once their registration and fee have been received. This invitation is intended to assist potential participants in obtaining a visa, but it does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Congress to provide financial assistance. You may request such a letter by contacting the Congress Secretariat at registration.sohc@congrex.com

Group registration

We recommend to use the group registration tool, if you wish to register 5 participants or more. The same prices, deadlines and cancellation policy do apply for the group registration, as for the individual registration.

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that she / he has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With her / his registration, the participant accepts this proviso. By accepting the general terms and conditions, the participant declares that she / he agrees to its personal and company data being processed by Congrex Switzerland, may be forwarded to the sponsors and exhibitors of the congress and that this data may be used for information purposes on congresses and events in the field of sleep medicine organised by Congrex Switzerland. In the opposing case, the participant notifies Congrex Switzerland in written within 5 working days after the registration.
