Cancellation

With your online registration you register bindingly for the congress. In case of written cancellation until October 18, 2026, a refund of 50% of the fees will be made. After this date, no refund will be made. Even without participation in the event, any outstanding participant fees will be reminded afterwards.

Prescriber only information

The Swiss Oncology & Hematology Congress SOHC 2026 is accessible to certified healthcare professionals, industry representatives and other stakeholders in the science and management. Certain industry symposia and exhibition pages may contain information only intended for prescribing healthcare professionals. Non-prescribers should not read, share or download the clearly marked prescriber information. The Event Organiser bears no responsibility for the display or transmission of information, advertising, promotion, pictures, videos and actions by Sponsors, or for complaint.

Payment and Reminder Fees

Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date without deduction. In the event of late payment, a first payment reminder will be sent free of charge. If payment is not received within the period specified in the first reminder, a second reminder will be issued and a reminder fee of CHF 20.00 will be charged. If payment is still not received within the period specified in the second reminder, a third reminder will be issued and an additional reminder fee of CHF 30.00 will be charged (resulting in total reminder fees of CHF 50.00). The organiser further reserves the right to claim statutory default interest and any other remedies available under Swiss law.

Content and logistical planning of the Event

The Event Organiser’s committees are solely responsible for the content and logistical planning of the Event.

lntellectual property and data rights, use of data, copyrights etc.

You agree to being tracked for non-nominative analytics used by the Event Organiser and approved partners. Non-nominative tracking data may include profession, organisation, department, city, country, etc.

Speaker slides presented during the Event are the copyright of the authors and may not be used or reproduced, in whole or in part, without their written consent.

ePosters, if used, presented during the Event are the copyright of the authors and may not be used or reproduced, in whole or in part, without their written consent.

An Events’ webcast (such as slide presentations with accompanying audio/video etc.) is the copyright of the Event Organiser and may not be used or reproduced, in whole or in part, without the Events Organisers’s written consent.

The views, information or opinions expressed during the Event are solely those of the individuals participating, and do not necessarily represent the Event Organiser.

By using the comments system, if established, you agree to your nominative data (e.g., name) being visible to other users and to the sharing of your nominative and contact data with 3rd parties, especially in the case of complaints, “adverse events” and for compliance purposes. Publication / visibility of comments is at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser, who has the unrestricted right to show or hide comments.

The Event Organiser organizer and the Congress organisation disclaim any responsibility for any kind of damage to property and persons, which may happen in connection with the Event.

In addition, no damages will be claimed in the case of program changes or non-appearance of speakers as well as cancellation of lectures, which are published in this program. The participants take part at their own risk at all events of this congress.
